Tito Jackson In Court Over Stolen Televisions

TITO JACKSON BUSTED WITH STOLEN TELEVISIONS!

Tito Jackson appeared in San Fernando California Municipal Court, on charges that he received stolen stereos and televisions.

On June 13, 1973, Tito Jackson and a man named John P. Jackson (no relation), who was a drummer with The Jackson 5, appeared in court to answer the charges, that stemmed from an arrest on April 17, 1973.

Police accused Tito, who was 19 at the time, of receiving property that was stolen by a man named Sanders “Bubba” Bracey, 24 and an unidentified 17-year-old girl.

Police said Bracey and the unknown girl committed 50 burglaries in apartments throughout the San Fernando Valley area.

Motown refused to comment on the incident involving Tito Jackson.

The charges were eventually dropped.
